Distinct responsibilities
Each company retains its own operating scope, expertise and accountability. The ecosystem is a coordinated structure, not a claim that every capability sits inside one legal entity.
Sourcing · Development · Manufacturing · Distribution
Aram Pharma, Jean Vichar, Lirok Pharma and Ti-One connect complementary capabilities across the pharmaceutical value chain while each company retains a distinct operating role.
REF. JV-ECO-001WHY THE ECOSYSTEM EXISTS
The ecosystem was developed to connect international sourcing and market knowledge with product development, manufacturing, specialized inhalation capability and nationwide distribution.
A pharmaceutical opportunity can fail at the handoff between supplier and product owner, between development and manufacturing, or between production and market delivery. The group structure is intended to make those transitions more visible and manageable.
This does not mean every project must use every company. It means partners can access the capability they need while benefiting from a broader organization that understands how sourcing, technical development, commercial production and distribution affect one another.
REF. JV-COMP-002COMPANIES & ROLES

Aram Pharma is the foundation of the group’s pharmaceutical sourcing and market-development experience. Founded by Dr. H. Akhavan after decades in the pharmaceutical industry, the company imports, registers, markets and sells pharmaceutical products and has longstanding relationships with international API manufacturers.
Within the ecosystem, Aram Pharma helps identify products, APIs, technology partners and market opportunities that may benefit from local development, manufacturing or commercialization.

Jean Vichar is the group’s pharmaceutical development and manufacturing company. It supports programs across solid oral dosage forms, metered-dose inhalers and nasal spray systems, as well as CMO and CDMO pathways.
Its role is to convert a product opportunity into a defined technical and manufacturing program, from assessment and technology transfer through validation, commercial manufacture and packaging.

Lirok Pharma was established to develop and manufacture pharmaceutical products in dry powder inhaler formats. Its specialist focus on DPI formulation and production complements Jean Vichar’s metered-dose inhaler and nasal spray capabilities.
Through Lirok Pharma, the ecosystem can evaluate respiratory opportunities across multiple inhalation platforms rather than treating every product as the same technical challenge.
Ti-One is a pharmaceutical distribution company serving pharmacies, hospitals and treatment centers across Iran. Its activities include essential, specialty and super-specialty medicines, along with selected health, cosmetic and medical-supply products.
The company emphasizes accurate storage, warehousing, transport and timely delivery. Within the ecosystem, Ti-One connects manufacturing and commercialization plans to the practical requirements of domestic market supply.
REF. JV-FLOW-003CONNECTED PRODUCT PATHWAY

Use dedicated inhalation expertise where DPI or other respiratory platforms are required.
Coordinate storage, delivery, market supply and continuing product needs.
REF. JV-OPERATE-004HOW THE GROUP WORKS
Each company retains its own operating scope, expertise and accountability. The ecosystem is a coordinated structure, not a claim that every capability sits inside one legal entity.
Technical, commercial and supply information can move more coherently when the companies involved understand the wider product pathway.
A partner can begin with Jean Vichar and be connected to the appropriate sourcing, manufacturing, inhalation or distribution team.
The objective is to support products through development, launch and continuing supply rather than limit engagement to a single transaction.
